  • Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 | Ocean Pearl | Yacht Check Online

Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 | Ocean Pearl Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 | Ocean Pearl is a comfortable 4-cabin sailing boat, built in 2021, and is located in Zakynthos, Greece Greece 4.9 A Sailing Vacation in the Paradise of the Ionian Islands Zakynthos – One of Greece's Most Beautiful Sailing Destinations A yacht charter in Zakynthos is the perfect choice for anyone wanting to discover Greece from the water. This island in the Ionian Sea captivates visitors with its turquoise waters, spectacular cliffs, hidden coves, and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to the predominantly moderate winds, the area is suitable for experienced sailors as well as families and beginners. From Zakynthos, you can easily reach idyllic anchorages, charming harbor towns, and the neighboring Ionian Islands. Every day of sailing offers new impressions and unforgettable experiences. Why charter a yacht in Zakynthos? Perfect Sailing Conditions The Ionian Sea is one of the most popular charter destinations in Europe. Between May and October, sailors can expect pleasant temperatures, calm seas, and mostly consistent northwesterly winds of 2 to 5 Beaufort. This makes relaxed day trips as possible as well as longer excursions to the neighboring islands. Short distances between the harbors and bays allow for flexible routes, making Zakynthos an ideal starting point for a diverse sailing holiday. The famous Navagio Bay – Shipwreck Beach The island's landmark is the world-famous Navagio Bay. The shipwreck, stranded on a white pebble beach and framed by imposing limestone cliffs and turquoise waters, is one of the most photographed spots in Greece. With a charter yacht, you can reach the bay early in the morning or in the evening – when most of the excursion boats have already departed. This allows you to experience this unique place in a particularly tranquil atmosphere. Discover the Blue Caves On the north coast of Zakynthos are the famous Blue Caves. Sunlight reflects off the crystal-clear water, creating fascinating shades of blue in the caves and grottoes. With a yacht, you can anchor directly in front of the caves, swim, snorkel, or explore hidden caves with a dinghy – caves that are difficult to access from land. Sailing with Sea Turtles Zakynthos is known worldwide as an important breeding ground for the loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta). The Bay of Laganas is particularly home to numerous of these fascinating marine animals. With a bit of luck, you might encounter the turtles right next to your yacht during your sailing trip. This unique experience of nature is considered by many sailors to be one of the highlights of their Greek holiday. Simply hire a skipper and enjoy a stress-free experience on the water—or even learn navigation skills from a professional. Rate boat rental Return the boat on time and in perfect condition. At the end, you can share your experience and rate the boat and the rental company. How much does it cost to rent a boat? Tip: booking early can help you save money. What is a Transit Log? A Transit Log is a mandatory fee, which covers the final cleaning, licence fees and document preparation costs. What is the deposit? The deposit can be managed directly by the owner. Yacht Check Online also offers various optional insurance policies: travel cancellation insurance and deposit insurance. What is a deposit or deposit insurance? This deposit is refundable if the boat is returned undamaged. Alternatively, many charter companies offer security deposit insurance, which reduces the deposit or eliminates it entirely. Nestled between dramatic volcanic rock formations and the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea, this charming harbor offers a unique blend of authenticity, tranquility, and maritime elegance. For yacht charter guests, Vlychada is particularly appealing because of its strategic location. From here, numerous sailing and catamaran excursions depart along Santorini’s spectacular coastline. Popular destinations include the famous Red Beach, White Beach, the hot springs surrounding the volcanic island of Nea Kameni, and the impressive cliffs near the Akrotiri Lighthouse. The marina itself accommodates smaller and medium-sized yachts of up to approximately 30 meters in length. It is regarded as one of Santorini’s more sheltered harbors and provides essential services such as water, electricity, and fuel. However, especially during the peak summer season, berth reservations are highly recommended due to strong demand. One of Vlychada’s greatest attractions is the extraordinary landscape surrounding the marina. The white and grey volcanic cliffs, sculpted by wind and sea over centuries, resemble a lunar landscape and create an unforgettable setting for the beginning or end of any voyage. The nearby black sand beach also offers excellent opportunities for swimming and relaxation. For those wishing to discover Santorini from the sea, Vlychada Marina represents an ideal departure point. The combination of breathtaking natural scenery, an authentic harbor atmosphere, and diverse charter opportunities makes it a memorable destination for sailors and discerning travelers alike. What Makes Vlychada Marina Interesting for Yacht Charter Guests: • An excellent starting point for Santorini’s most scenic coastal routes. • Easy access to Red Beach, White Beach, and the volcanic islands. • Charter options suitable for different budgets and preferences. • Private and guided day cruises, including popular sunset experiences. • An authentic atmosphere away from the island’s busiest tourist areas. • Spectacular volcanic scenery offering exceptional photo opportunities. This combination of natural beauty, practical marina facilities, and diverse charter experiences has established Vlychada Marina as one of Santorini’s most attractive yachting gateways in the Aegean Sea. • Yacht Charter Mallorca | YachtCheck.online | Yacht Check Online

Yacht Charter Mallorca | YachtCheck.online Mallorca is one of the most attractive sailing destinations in the Mediterranean and is ideal for charter crews. The island combines excellent sailing conditions, stunning natural scenery, and cultural highlights. Spain 4.9 Mallorca Yacht Charter – The Mediterranean at Its Finest There are few sailing destinations in Europe that combine spectacular scenery, crystal-clear waters, modern marinas and reliable sailing conditions as perfectly as Mallorca. The largest of the Balearic Islands has become one of the Mediterranean's most sought-after yacht charter destinations, attracting sailors from around the world year after year. Whether you are planning your very first sailing holiday or you have thousands of nautical miles behind you, Mallorca offers an incredible variety of experiences. Hidden turquoise coves, lively waterfront promenades, dramatic cliffs, charming fishing villages and world-class marinas create the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable voyage. The island enjoys one of the longest sailing seasons in the Mediterranean. From spring until late autumn, pleasant temperatures and predictable winds provide ideal conditions for cruising. Distances between harbours and anchorages are relatively short, allowing crews to spend more time swimming, relaxing and exploring rather than making long offshore passages. One of Mallorca's greatest attractions is its diversity. Every coastline has its own personality. The sheltered bays of the south are ideal for families, the rugged cliffs of the UNESCO-listed Tramuntana Mountains amaze experienced sailors, while the countless eastern coves invite visitors to anchor in turquoise water that rivals the Caribbean. Modern marinas such as Palma, Port Adriano and Puerto Portals provide excellent services, luxury facilities and vibrant waterfront life. At the same time, peaceful natural anchorages offer complete tranquillity only a few miles away. Mallorca is also a culinary paradise. Fresh seafood, authentic tapas, local wines and traditional Mallorcan cuisine turn every evening ashore into another highlight of the journey. A yacht charter in Mallorca is much more than simply renting a boat. It is about discovering the island from a unique perspective, waking up in secluded bays, sailing under the Mediterranean sun and experiencing complete freedom at sea. Rate boat rental Return the boat on time and in perfect condition. At the end, you can share your experience and rate the boat and the rental company. How much does it cost to rent a boat? Boat rental prices depend on the type of boat, location, and season: Small boats: from around €100 per day Mid-range boats: several hundred euros per day Luxury yachts: several thousand euros per day Additional costs may include fuel, cleaning, insurance, or crew services. Tip: booking early can help you save money. What is a Transit Log? A Transit Log is a mandatory fee, which covers the final cleaning, licence fees and document preparation costs. What is the deposit? The amount of the boat deposit is determined by the owner depending on the type of boat. The deposit is used to pay for damage to the boat, the insurance excess or any damage caused to the owner. The deposit can be managed directly by the owner. Yacht Check Online also offers various optional insurance policies: travel cancellation insurance and deposit insurance. What is a deposit or deposit insurance? Similar to a car rental, when chartering a boat you'll be asked to pay a security deposit (in many cases, it's possible to block the deposit on your credit card). This deposit is refundable if the boat is returned undamaged. Alternatively, many charter companies offer security deposit insurance, which reduces the deposit or eliminates it entirely. Is boat insured? All boats available on Yacht Check Online are covered by at least one mandatory liability insurance policy (RC) in accordance with applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages incurred by third parties, but not damages to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to withhold all or part of the security deposit provided by the renter to cover repair costs. The renter may, if eligible, purchase liability waiver insurance to protect their security deposit. As a rule, claims for damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. If no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent judicial authority. Additional insurance policies (such as security deposit protection, roadside assistance, etc.) can be purchased directly on Yacht Check Online at the time of booking, subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions. What payment methods are accepted for services and extras booked on the spot? Transit log (final cleaning & bed linen), Safety net and Tourist Tax and Pets onboard and Stand up paddle can be paid on the spot only in cash. Refundable Security Deposit can be paid on the spot by Debit/credit card or in cash. What are the additional costs? You can find the additional costs listed as mandatory extras in each boat’s profile. You should also consider the mooring costs, petrol and food expenses during your sailing holiday. What documents will I receive from Yacht Check Online after the reservation? You will receive an instant booking confirmation and the charter contract. After the reservation has been paid for, you will receive the crew list, boarding pass, and marina base information. Can I bring pets on board? The coastline itself also offers numerous sheltered bays, small harbours and varied sailing conditions. The combination of short distances, good infrastructure and scenic beauty makes the area particularly attractive for charter sailors – both beginners and experienced crews alike. Overall, ACI Marina Dubrovnik impresses with its excellent facilities, safe location and proximity to one of the most beautiful sailing areas in the Adriatic. It offers ideal conditions for a successful start to your trip and a relaxing stay before or after sailing. France Escape: A Dreamy Adventure Step into the postcard-perfect world of France, where sun-kissed cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and villages create the ultimate Mediterranean getaway. France 5.0 France Splendour: Cruising Guide for a One-Week Yacht Charter Holiday Saint-Quay-Portrieux / Port d’Armor – Cruising Guide for a One-Week Yacht Charter Holiday Overview Saint-Quay-Portrieux is located on the north coast of Brittany in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. The location is particularly attractive for charter sailors because the Port d’Armor marina is one of the few deep-water ports in the region accessible regardless of the tide. This makes it a convenient starting point for a week-long cruise along the Côte du Goëlo, to Bréhat, Paimpol, or even to the Channel Islands. Port d’Armor opened in 1990 and has approximately 1,030 berths. The entrance is wide, well-protected, and accessible at all tides. The marina is modern and considered one of the highest-quality marinas in northern Brittany. The cruising guide for a one-week yacht charter holiday is located in the north of Brittany. The most beautiful destinations within a charter week 1. Bréhat – the highlight of the area Île de Bréhat Bréhat lies about 12 nautical miles northwest of Saint-Quay and is considered by many sailors to be the most beautiful destination in the region. The passage around Bréhat requires careful navigation, as many rocks lie just below the surface. 2. Paimpol Paimpol A typical Breton port town with restaurants, markets, and a historic atmosphere. 3. The cliffs of Plouha Falaises de Plouha Among the highest sea cliffs in Brittany. Even the journey along the coast is impressive. The cliffs are also a particular highlight of the excursions to Bréhat. 4. Saint-Quay Islands Îles Saint-Quay Several small islands lie directly in front of the harbor. The archipelago can be reached in just a few minutes. 5. Saint-Malo Saint-Malo Approximately 30–35 nautical miles east. Saint-Malo is an excellent starting point for an eastern charter week. 6. Channel Islands Jersey and Guernsey Easily accessible from Saint-Quay, weather and crew conditions permitting. Jersey is about 40 nautical miles away. Culinary Highlights Saint-Quay-Portrieux is considered the Breton capital of scallops (Coquille Saint-Jacques). Fishing continues to have a strong influence on the town. During the season, scallops, lobster, monkfish, sole, and oysters are among the regional specialties. Conclusion For charter sailors, Saint-Quay-Portrieux offers a rare combination of: • a deep-water harbor independent of the tides, • a challenging but rewarding tidal cruising area, • spectacular Breton coastal scenery, • short distances between attractive ports, • excellent opportunities for a varied week-long cruise. The combination of Bréhat, Paimpol, the cliffs of Plouha, and the numerous anchorages makes Port d’Armor one of the most interesting charter starting points in northern Brittany. For charterers with Baltic or Mediterranean experience, the area is manageable, but requires more attention to tide planning and navigation. Weather and Sailing Conditions The prevailing winds are from the west to southwest. Typical summer conditions: • 10–20 knot winds • Pleasant temperatures between 18 and 25 °C • Often good visibility • Occasional rapid weather changes due to Atlantic low-pressure systems The best time to charter is between May and September. Choose your destination and travel dates Browse available boats Select your preferred option Send a booking request or book instantly Receive confirmation and complete payment Before departure, you’ll receive a comprehensive briefing, then it’s time to set sail! Do I need a boating license to rent a boat? In Germany, you can rent many boats without a license as long as the engine power does not exceed 15 HP. Regulations may differ in other countries: for example, in Italy, boats with up to 40 HP can often be operated without a license. No license? No problem. Simply hire a skipper and enjoy a stress-free experience on the water—or even learn navigation skills from a professional. Book online Once your booking request has been confirmed, you can conveniently pay the rental price online. Payment to the owner will be made on the first day of your rental period. Handover of the boat At the handover, you check that the boat matches the description in the ad. The provider will give you a briefing, and together you will sign the rental agreement. After the reservation has been paid for, you will receive the crew list, boarding pass, and marina base information. Can I bring pets on board?
